The partnership with 751 Africa focuses on African programmes. Dr. Karen Sumser-Lupson also supports the complete Green Department across sustainability, international institutional relations, Blue Economy and development-programme structuring. Within Africa, she works alongside the Group’s regional leadership and operating centres.

Rockefeller S.C. has established a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with 751 Earth Ltd, operating through 751.Earth Family Group and 751 Africa, represented by Dr. Karen Sumser-Lupson. The RRSC partnership through 751 Africa is focused on African programmes.

Her mandate connects sustainable programmes with public stakeholders, international institutions, Blue Economy expertise and structured project-development pathways. Proposals remain subject to the criteria, due diligence and independent decisions of every institution involved.

The R. Rockefeller S.C. Engineering & Sustainability Center — Egypt operates through Yellow Helmet Egypt under the direction of Dr. Yahia Zakaria. Its perimeter covers industrial engineering, sustainability and ESG, decarbonisation, energy, HSSEQ, AI-enabled monitoring, Cyber and workforce development.

Yellow Helmet Egypt, the operating partner of the New Cairo centre, is registered in the system of companies cooperating with the activities of Egypt’s National Organization for Military Production, under the Ministry of Military Production. The registration is no. 2026/163 and concerns maintenance, consultancy, training and general-supply activities. It is a supplier/participation qualification—not a blanket government endorsement of every RRSC project.
