01 · INSTITUTIONAL FOUNDATION

A formally integrated engineering platform in Lalitpur.

The Center operates through Dryice Solutions Pvt. Ltd., whose engineering capacity was formally integrated into the Group on 5 May 2026. The integration instrument authorises the Center to operate under the R. Rockefeller S.C. name and makes its engineering resources available to the Group's international programmes.

The agreement preserves the Group's pre-existing intellectual property and requires indefinite confidentiality for trade secrets. Lane 2, Kumaripati is the operating facility; the separate Jwagal, Kupondole address recorded in certification material belongs to the operating entity and is not presented as a second center.

02 · ENGINEERING MANDATE

Original systems from requirements to long-term operation.

The Center engineers software and artificial-intelligence systems from the ground up: requirements, architecture, proprietary code, integration, deployment and lifecycle management are controlled as one delivery process.

Its teams work across conversational AI, multilingual natural-language processing, public-sector platforms, enterprise systems, mission-critical databases, infrastructure and secure cloud or on-premise deployment.

  • Conversational AI, multilingual NLP and vertical assistants
  • E-government, public-finance, ERP and MIS platforms
  • Web, mobile, desktop and enterprise applications
  • Database, network, data-center and cloud infrastructure
  • DevSecOps, quality assurance and lifecycle support
  • On-premise and sovereign-cloud deployment
  • Technology stack: .NET, Java/J2EE, PHP/Laravel, Python, C/C++/C#, JavaScript, React and Angular
  • Data & operations: Django, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, AWS, Azure, Docker, Linux and CI/CD
  • Frontier capabilities: blockchain, neural networks and proprietary 4096-bit encryption

03 · AI & CYBERSECURITY

Secure digital infrastructure for institutional environments.

Artificial-intelligence engineering is developed alongside zero-trust security, threat detection, secure access, disaster recovery and quantum-resistant cryptographic protection. The objective is controlled deployment and operational resilience rather than isolated demonstrations.

The Group's official Center record presents Lalitpur as the principal regional channel for its strategic cybersecurity partner SecurityScorecard, providing institutional clients with integrated access to security ratings and continuous third-party risk monitoring.

  • Zero-trust architecture and secure access
  • Threat detection, VAPT and security validation
  • Mission-critical backup, recovery and data integrity
  • Quantum-resistant cryptographic protection

04 · QUALITY & VERIFICATION

A documented quality framework with traceable references.

The formal dossier records ISO 9001:2015 certificate 77763/A/0001/UK/En, issued by United Registrar of Systems under UKAS Management Systems accreditation no. 0043, for the scope ‘Providing Software Development Services.’

The latest published certification cycle covered the period through 22 August 2026; updated renewal documentation will be added once supplied. The certificate is presented as part of the Center's traceable quality record.

05 · INSTITUTIONAL DELIVERY

A project record across government and international programmes.

Nine engagements are supported by documentary references in the Group dossier. The public Center record also describes a broader system portfolio serving the Government of Nepal and programmes connected with the World Bank, USAID, UNDP, IFAD, GIZ, ILO, KOICA, JICA, JSDF and Swiss Cooperation.

  • LMBIS and Treasury Single Account public-finance systems
  • ILMIS: a 13-module labour-management platform
  • eLMIS rollout and support across 58 sites
  • Road Accident Information Management System across 65 sites
  • Land Records Information Management System
  • Provincial Chief Minister dashboards; the documented reference includes Pradesh 1
  • Enterprise Web-Based Integrated Tax System
  • Centralised Core Banking systems
  • Electronic Building Permit System for municipal approvals
  • Blockchain-enabled Organic Orthodox Tea Traceability System
  • HR and payroll systems for institutional organisations
