01 · OPERATING CONTINUITY

An active UAE structure during the next phase.

The current UAE team and its institutional relationships continue to operate while the new Dubai center advances through its development phase. The transition preserves continuity in regional coordination rather than pausing the Group's activity in the Emirates.

The UAE platform operates through RRSC Pollution & Environment Protection Services L.L.C., with its operational headquarters in Abu Dhabi, institutional representation in Dubai under Dr. Adel Miran and an anchor partnership with Royal Diamond Group LLC.

The Dubai initiative is presented as work in progress. Its final operating configuration and activation timeline will be communicated as the center reaches its formal milestones.

H.E. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Khalid Bin Ahmed Bin Hamed Al Hamed serves as President of RRSC UAE, providing strategic leadership for the Group's platform in the Emirates.
