R. Rockefeller S.C. advances Dubai strategic partnership with Sheikh Awad bin Mejren
Dubai, 21 September 2026. Valentino Loforese, Chief Executive Officer and Majority Shareholder of R. Rockefeller S.C., had the pleasure of visiting the Member of the UAE Royal Family H.E. Sheikh Awad Mohamed bin Sheikh Mejren at his private residence. Farhan Qadir was also present.
Sheikh Awad belongs to the Al Mejren family, historically related to Dubai’s ruling Al Maktoum family.
During the meeting, R. Rockefeller S.C. and Sheikh Awad agreed on a path that will see them officially work together as strategic partners in Dubai across artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and energy.
Their shared objective is to develop projects that bring RRSC’s technological and industrial expertise to businesses and institutions, from AI solutions and the protection of digital infrastructure to new technologies for sustainable energy.
This partnership will further strengthen the company’s existing relationship in Abu Dhabi with its President for the United Arab Emirates and partner in Abu Dhabi, H.E. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Khalid Al Hamed, and consolidate the company’s growing presence in the country.
Dubai and Abu Dhabi are central to this vision, connecting long-term relationships and a strong local presence with RRSC’s international network of research, engineering and technology development centres.
Loforese leaves the meeting with a shared vision and a clear commitment to turning it into concrete projects. The company looks forward to sharing the next developments soon.
