Prof. Lachezar Georgiev, Scientific Head of the Center of Competence QUASAR and Head of the EuroQCI🇪🇺 Initiative for Bulgaria🇧🇬, have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding establishing a strategic collaboration across Sovereign AI, Quantum Communication Security, Cybersecurity, and Geopolitical & Digital Intelligence.

Director of INRNE and Head of the EuroQCI Initiative — among Europe’s most distinguished scientists in quantum cryptography.
His research focuses on topological quantum computation with non-Abelian anyons in fractional quantum Hall states , at the global frontier of quantum science.
