Official Mandate for The Rob Rockefeller S.C. to Lead Libya’s National Decarbonization Plan

🌍 We are proud to announce that, through our The Rob Rockefeller S. C. CEO of the Tunisia branch, Lassaad Kedimi —who will also oversee the launch of our upcoming Libya branch in partnership with the Government of Libya and the Libya Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources of Industry The Rob Rockefeller SC has received the official mandate to design and implement the Decarbonization Plan for Libya’s industrial and energy sectors.

This mandate will leverage advanced Artificial Intelligence applied to sustainability and green energy, accelerating a credible, measurable transition to a low-carbon economy.

At the same time, we are launching RRSC Tunisia & Libya operations as of September 1, 2025, and announcing a series of strategic agreements in Tunisia that move immediately into execution:

• Partnership with Dutch Agricultural Group Tuniso Desert Joy (southern Tunisia) to deploy geothermal-based decarbonization and a carbon-credit strategy.

• MOU with Voltalia Voltalia (operator of five PV plants, ~800 MW installed) to develop a comprehensive decarbonization and carbon-credit roadmap.

• Agreement in principle with AMEA Power (UAE) AMEA Power to structure the carbon footprint across its PV portfolio in Tunisia and selected African countries.

• Decarbonization training programs scheduled across September–November 2025.. will begin operations in 2026.

In Libya, we have received a request from the Municipality of Zeliten to decarbonize two major cement plants. A technical meeting with our experts and Libyan counterparts will take place next week to launch the operation—led by Tunisian specialists.

Looking ahead, the Ministry of Industry and Minerals of Libya will host the National Decarbonization & ESG Forum in November 2025, in collaboration with PUND Libya, GIZ Libya, and the EU Representation in Libya, where The Rob Rockefeller S.C. will participate trought or Tunisia Branch 🇹🇳🇱🇾 as Guest Partner of Honor and speaker.

🚀 And we go further Alongside Libya 🇱🇾 and Tunisia 🇹🇳 , we are advancing our decarbonization branch in Nigeria 🇳🇬 , establishing an AI & Cybersecurity Hub in Nigeria, organizing sustainable-energy programs in South Africa 🇿🇦 , and preparing a new strategic branch in 🇪🇬 —all coordinated under the leadership of Mohamed Lassaad Khedimi.
