RRSC Tunisia Sets the 2026–2027 Strategy: AI, Decarbonization, ESG, Events & Expansion to Egypt
Yesterday, our Tunisia 🇹🇳 Branch CEO and Delegated Coordinator for the Libya 🇱🇾 and Egypt 🇪🇬 branches, Lassaad Kedimi , held an important strategic meeting with the management team and steering committee of The RRSC Tunisia. The objective of the meeting was to prepare the action plan for the main areas of activity for 2026–2027, including decarbonization, artificial intelligence, ESG initiatives, events, and strategic partnerships.
The RRSC Tunisia is led by CEO Lassaad Kedimi, together with General Manager Moncef Limam
The Governance and Project Monitoring Unit, in coordination with the CEO, is entrusted to Jihane Ben Romdhane , an international expert in governance and project management, advisor to several international organizations such as UNDP and Expertise France, and advisor to the Tunisian Prime Minister’s Office and the Ministry of Economy.
The AI Unit is led by Dr. Maher Khedher , AI Director of The RRSC Tunisia.
The Decarbonization and CBAM Unit is coordinated by Dr. Medhi Maazoun, an international decarbonization expert, exclusive ESG trainer for the World Bank in Tunisia, decarbonization expert for GIZ Tunisia, and member of the Tunisian government Public-Private Partnership program committee.
The Events and Partnerships Unit includes Mr. Karim Nasefy, former Director of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tunis with more than thirty years of experience, together with Mr. Amjed Khelifi, IT Manager.
In addition, the CEO of RRSC Tunisia and Delegated Coordinator for Libya and Egypt, Lassaad Kedimi, announced that he will be in Egypt 🇪🇬 from December 26 to December 31, 2025, where he will officially launch the procedures for the establishment of our RRSC branch in Egypt, in partnership with an important Egyptian government partner.
