We are pleased to announce that on March 20, 2026, in Shenzhen (Nanshan District), the Zero-Carbon Industrial Park & Green Finance Seminar will take place at the Zhongke Naineng Building.

• Shaanxi Environmental Rights Exchange (陕西环境权交易所) – state-backed environmental exchange managing carbon markets, emissions trading, and ecological assets

• Shanghai Longzhou Investment Management (上海龙舟投资管理有限公司) – investment management firm focused on industrial projects, venture capital, and green finance

• Lei Ao Rui Zhou Capital (雷奥瑞洲资本(深圳)有限公司) – Shenzhen-based financial platform specializing in capital structuring, data-driven investment, and innovation ecosystems

This platform is dedicated to the execution of:
• zero-carbon industrial park development
• integration of green finance mechanisms
• structuring of M-REITs as scalable exit models

We acknowledge the strong coordination and commitment of our Chinese partners in building this high-level collaboration.

Through our China branch, we are actively positioned within this ecosystem, contributing to the connection between industrial infrastructure, capital markets, and carbon systems.

We have been selected among the Top 100 most influential companies in China in this sector to collaborate with institutional frameworks on the decarbonization of industrial areas across the country..
