The RRSC Tunisia and CONECT Establish a Strategic Partnership for Decarbonization

Yesterday Our Tunisia Branch CEO Lassaad Kedimi was in a private meeting with the president of Confédération des Entreprises Citoyennes de Tunisie (CONECT) Aslan BERJEB and three members of its executive board at the headquarters of the CONECT employers’ confederation.

The purpose of this meeting is to establish a common action plan to implement a decarbonization strategy for CONECT members.

At the end of this meeting, the following was decided:

1-A training of decarbonization experts financed by CONECT through international organizations established in Tunisia and partners of CONECT such as UNIDO or the EUROPEAN INVESTMENT BANK (EIB)

2-Organize joint Road Shows in several regions in Tunisia for the benefit of CONECT members (Transport and logistics) Crowned by an international forum on this subject (October 2025)

3-a Pilot decarbonization program for the benefit of members of the transport and logistics group

4-IT&IA Group of CONECT:
organization of an International Forum under the theme: AI tool for Decarbonization of IT sectors in Tunisia End of June 2025.

5-Prepare a joint program for decarbonization of the IT &IA sector in Tunisia.

6-Prepare a joint plan to find lines of credit for decarbonization in Tunisia and international donors.
