R. Rockefeller S.C. Europe is structuring the collaboration with Augusto Innovation Hub around a shared European development programme in Milazzo.

The proposed laboratory at Milazzo is intended to bring together applied AI, multiagent systems, software engineering and cybersecurity. The partnership and operating programme are in development, with responsibilities, infrastructure and delivery capacity to be defined together.

The development model envisages Augusto providing premises and infrastructure, while R. Rockefeller S.C. Europe structures technical direction, specialist expertise, software production and commercial coordination.

Milazzo is planned as a European base for developing, demonstrating and supporting secure digital systems, connected to the Group’s relationships with enterprises and institutions across the Mediterranean and the Middle East. The laboratory remains a project in development.

The Bulgarian track is anchored by the strategic memorandum with the Center of Competence QUASAR. The cooperation focuses on artificial intelligence, quantum-secure communications, cybersecurity and advanced digital infrastructure.
