General Manager of the The Rob Rockefeller S.C. Technology Engineering Center Türkiye

Hüseyin Karayağız has over 30 years of experience in product management, sales, business development, and marketing within international corporate organization and startup ecosystem.

From 995 and 2010, he held various positions at leading global technology companies such as HP, Siemens, and Fujitsu.

Since 2010, Karayağız has focused his career on entrepreneurship and angel investing, supporting the growth of early-stage ventures both nationally and internationally, with the aim of helping them become global brands.

He is one of the founder TÜRKKEP A.Ş. in 2011, which has since become one of Turkey’s largest (1.2M customers) providers of registered electronic mail (KEP), e-signature, and e-invoicing services.

In 2016, he became a founding partner of TRAngels A.Ş., a respected angel investment network that has invested in over 30 startups to date. Individually, Karayağız has supported more than 10+ startups as an lead angel investor, focusing on areas such as clean tech, energy, battery, biotech, artificial intelligence, mobile, and autonomous systems.

Since 2017, he has been serving as a Chairman responsible for Business, Sales, and investor releation at RePG Energy.

Hasan Ayartürk is the Founder and General Manager of RePG Enerji. With over 30 years of experience in R&D and applied research (ÜR-GE), he is a seasoned mechanical engineer who has spent 19 years working in multinational companies.

Specializing in innovative energy technologies, Ayartürk has made significant contributions to the field with 67 inventions, 53 patent applications, and 6 granted patents to date. He also has 43 national and international publications.

Under his leadership, RePG Enerji has developed groundbreaking technologies, particularly devices that generate electricity from humidity variations in the air.

These devices not only produce electrical energy but also provide heating and cooling functions, making them highly effective in commercial spaces such as factories and hotels.

In addition, Ayartürk has spearheaded the development of other advanced technologies, including energy generation systems utilizing low-temperature geothermal sources and atmospheric water generation systems.

These innovations offer great potential for sustainable energy production and efficient use of environmental resources.
